My best friend Charlotte Watson is getting married two weeks from now in Whistler. So nine of us beautiful females traipsed down to Seattle to give her a well-wishing she'd never forget.

Running at a lower heart rate?

Recently, I've been told from my coach that my heart rate is too high. I have to reduce my heart rate while running to an unbearable and embarrassingly slow pace. He says my body needs to learn how to burn carbs (not fat) and develop my technique so I can run more efficiently at a lower heart rate. It hasn't really been explained to me how just yet, but that I just do.
