Blog about lowercase g?
![]()
Oh, I think I should get a new domain name. Maybe lowercaseg.com, haha? My blog can be all about the lowercase g's in typefaces. It's all I seem to care about. Why can't I be into the letter 'E' or 'T' since they're the most used letters in the alphabet? It just can't work that way, that would make too much sense.
Why is it that the COOL letters get the least amount of use. Maybe it's their unattainable and unused quality? Or maybe I'm just sick of E's and A's.
Did you know?
The letter E is over 56 times more common than Q in forming individual English words.
Buy this typeface here: Talking Five.
It's not an elegant font. It's purely playful almost cheerful. I see this as a good-natured, happy, kinda font. It would be good for projects like:
- Children's books, clothing or toys
- Baby stores or baby books
- Girly products like lip balm or purple mascara

Talking Five is a hand-drawn sans serif font family. The idea for creating this font family came to me with the Mexican hot and dry wind.
